At CricGoods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Xtreme11 is our premium in-house brand, and the same return, refund, and exchange policies apply to Xtreme11 products as well as all other brands we sell (SS, SG, Gray-Nicolls, Kookaburra, MRF, DSC, etc.).
Returns
- Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided for all returns.
- Before shipping a return, you must email us clear images of the product and packaging, highlighting the issue you are facing. This helps us confirm that the item is unused and in resalable condition.
- Used, damaged, or mishandled items, including those showing normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., with names, numbers, or logos) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Final Sale / Clearance Items: Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted beyond 40% are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Contact us to request an exchange for a different size, model, or product.
- As with returns, an image of the product and the reason for exchange must be provided before shipping the item back.

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Securely package and ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
